Thank You for the Support in Wildwood!

Wildwood weekend came and went pretty quickly this past weekend and we cannot thank all of you enough for the support. We had the opportunity to meet hundreds of brothers and sisters from the fire service as well as their family and friends. We also had the chance to spread our mission to more firefighters and first responders throughout the state of New Jersey.

The weather held out for us all weekend, with the sun shining down on us on Saturday and we know Lt. Hunter was with us for the entire weekend. This was our third year at the convention as a foundation and it was the best one yet. Aside from meeting new friends, we also had the opportunity to visit with friends we made the previous two years in Wildwood.

Our prizes and giveaways were a big hit, especially the wheelbarrow of cheer. We'd like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who donated to our wheelbarrow of cheer. We wouldn't have been able to do it without you. We'd also like to thank all those who purchased a foundation shirt, a raffle ticket, or simply made a donation to our cause. Your continued support does not go unnoticed.

Congratulations to all the winners who took home some great gifts from this year's convention, including the wheelbarrow of cheer, a women's gift basket, Phillies tickets, a cigar basket and one year of SCBA Scott Air Pack Function Testing.

We are already working on next year's Firemen's Convention in Wildwood and how we can make it a bigger, better weekend for the foundation and all of our supporters. Stay tuned to our Facebook page and our blog for an announcement regarding this year's Beef and Beer.
